Vitamin D is a vitamin that is naturally formed in our body & it’s a must to have Vitamin due to the various advantages it carries. Just to brief on the advantages of Vitamin D - It controls the absorption of calcium and phosphorus and increases the metabolism of our body to fight against our diseases. Vitamin D is also very important for the growth of our teeth and bones. Apart from this, it is helpful in reducing depression and plays an important role in reducing weight.

Even though vitamin D is made in our body, despite this, due to our wrong food and living habits, vitamin D is deficient.

  • Very tired even after complete sleep.

Gradually, the capacity of the body to work decreases and you will feel lethargic most of the time. If these above-listed symptoms vitamin D deficiency are seen, then you should contact your doctor immediately so that he/she can determine through proper test whether you are really vitamin D deficient or not.

If there is a deficiency, immediate relief can be taken by supplementing vitamin D. But for far-reaching benefits, one should take food that is rich in vitamin D. Apart from this, enough time should be spent in sunlight so that our body naturally gets it.
