Thoughts on EVE Error Burst

EVE Error Burst is a visual novel made by Cs Ware and available via MangaGamer.

The game consists of two main characters that you have to switch between in order for events to happen for the other character in order to advance in the story. Throughout the game you come across murders which you have to solve in order to see the full ending.

At the start of the game some of the language come over a little bit strong and takes some getting used to within the characters personalty. There are also times when it seems that extra needlessly crude jokes were added to the text judging from Japanese voices, but luckily that appears to be rare.

That a side the story is I fact very good and makes use of the two characters routes in order to solve puzzles in order to progress on the game. There are also some good jokes within the game including jokes that break the fourth wall. It’s worth spending the time to explore the areas in the game and sometimes looking at the same thing at different points within the game is worth the time.

There are times when you end up wondering around trying to work out how to start the triggers in order to advanced but it just feels like part of the game.

Overall a good game with a few things here and there that take some getting used to or just feels a bit off in the game.
