Blame the cover up on identity politics; not the crime.

A judge in Loudoun County's juvenile court has determined that there's sufficient evidence to sustain charges against the boy who raped a girl in a highschool girl's bathroom.

The whole story is disgusting and horrifying and the response has been hypocritical; but, I have to say that I find none of this to be surprising. Identity politics and the participation in the Oppression Olympics eventually makes hypocrites out of people.

I don't have to speculate about the outcry and outrage that we would be seeing if the accused rapists weren't gender-fluid. If a cis boy had forcibly sodomized a young girl on campus and the school covered it up there would be a lot more attention paid. Again, the woke mob needs the story to be false.

I also seem to remember the radical left shouting "Believe women!" I remember Lena Dunham saying that women don't lie about rape. I vividly remember accusations of rape apology being tossed around at anybody who second guessed Emma Sulkowicz's story and her basically being hailed as a hero. But, in this case, when the victim's father spoke in front of the school board, a woman wearing a very load pro-LGBTQ shirt angrily said that she didn't believe his daughter. So, so far as the woke left is concerned, it's not about believing women, it's about believing that straight cis-men are rapists; but, if the rapist is gender-fluid, then it's time to accuse the girl of lying.

Of course there would be silence from almost every left of center news outlet and denial from the woke left. LGBTQ people are more oppressed than straight cis-girls. It's all about categories rather than individuals. Straight men are allowed to be bad people, trans-people and gender-fluid people can't be bad people if the narrative is going to be maintained. The narrative is more important than people. The narrative is more important than the truth.

Hopefully, this girl will see some form of justice in the near future. If she does, it will be in spite of the efforts of the woke left.
