Government based Crypto Rankings in china Put EOS in 1st and Bitcoin in 17th position

Second round of China’s monthly ratings of cryptocurrencies has been released this week. They ranked EOS in 1st and Ethereum (ETH) 2nd and Bitcoin (BTC) 17th, out of a total of 30 crypto.

EOS in the top because if its “outstanding technical advantages in transaction confirmation, network throughput, and transaction fees”.
China’s monthly index is published by the China Center for Information Industry Development according to the original Index press release on may 11th 2018.

While the EOS Mainnet’s recent mishaps – since going live June 15, the network has faced some issues and criticism for freezing some accounts of its holder.
The Index has been portrayed as a monthly “independent analysis,” This is for evaluates global blockchain projects on the basis of their technological capability, usefulness and innovation.

CCID has said that the new monthly Index demonstrates the confidence of the Chinese government in blockchain, this will serve the country as a guide.
Last month IT Ministry formed a specialist committee dedicated to create a nationwide blockchain standards by the end of 2019.

China’s President Xi Jinping included blockchain as an example of a “new generation” of technologies that are accelerating very fast to create a new era of technology.
