A theory about Vincentb upvoting.

If my theory is true, then we should charge our SP or upvote differently.

Hello! I have a theory regarding this Vincentb tag. As most of you probably know from the video, the idea was to upvote 500 posts per day, if we hit 500 daily users. In my mind, I think that's too much, basic Steemit Power can't handle that, so most of the upvotes won't pay, like the idea was.
I am kinda new to this site, and I've noticed that in my posts, i got more upvotes than cents (for example 0.04$ from 12 upvotes). Is this caused by the fact that the users upvoted too much and wasted their SP?
