The Team
Vimm.TV is brought to you by the original founders of @DUnite. After spending some time working on ideas to improve the quality of content on the steem blockchain. @UHatGaming, @Shobek, @Chiren and @CapnSostre teamed up to focus their efforts on creating a platform to allow creators to engage with their audience and monetize the content they work so hard to deliver.
Progress
We still have a lot of work to do to bring Vimm.TV to where we want it to be. To make it easier for you to stay in touch with us, we created a Discord Server. This is where we'll be handling support and user feedback for the coming weeks.
As always,
thank you for being part of this incredible journey!

I fully believe that competition is a good thing. However, I'm not sure what you plan to bring to the table that DLive isn't. Also will you continue to work on DUnite.tools along side Vimm?
As you guys have stated, competition is a good thing. However we're not here to take anything away from DLive. I'm a big fan of the platform and they've done a lot of good things for the Steemit community as a whole.
Vimm is built around a completely different core vision. Yes, it is a live streaming platform that integrates the Steem blockchain. But that's pretty much where the similarities will end.
But I can admit when looking at this early alpha, it can be hard to imagine how different it's going to be. Keep in mind that is why it's still an alpha.
There will be a proper introduction post in the coming weeks that should give you a better idea of what Vimm is about.
DUnite.tools will still be maintained and updated with new features.
Thank you for your feedback,
@Chiren
Competition is always good, the tools will be integrated into the vimm.tv website.
I dont know if i like it , that my images have been uploaded to imgur.com ! It would be great if i could define some regular tags for my stream.
Keep in mind Vimm.TV is still in early alpha (not even a BETA yet.). A lot of features have not been implemented yet.
That being said, I'm always happy to get constructive feedback like this. I hear your concerns and I will keep those in mind for the future.
Thank you for the valuable feedback,
@Chiren
Are you talking about your profile picture ? And what exactly do you mean by defining regular tags. Are you talking about tags for steemit ?
Yeah tags for Steemit to be better found .
This is a planned feature. It should be added in the next update.
This is exciting!
