According to Beck, the discovery contradicts earlier theories surrounding human's toilet habits through time.

Seems like an on going thing. I guess we'll never really know until time travel is revealed. ;)

I was thinking; after the Romans people in Europe were defecating in streets! But the Vikings! There was a scene in movie 13th warrior; "how the viking warriors wash their faces in the morning when they woke up"hunted me for many years.

They invented the Polar Bear Challenge :)
