Okay, thanks. I will tell him to check into Remitano from VN see if he can try it. But, eth exchange rates listed on there looks costly. I may end up going back to using Western Union as I normally do :-)
no, i don't think so, Western Union's fee is higher than you convert to VNĐ via remitano.
