Dude...a tip needs only be given if you find the tattoo to be really good and or above expectation and the service was great.....and is up to you afterwards... it's not negotiated beforehand....if he charges you that amount without tip he should do the best job he can do regardless tip
Yep there was so many red flags with the tattoo artist. The shop seemed to be fine just not the artist lol. If I had time back I wouldn't of been so stubborn
