It doesn't need resting time after backed ?? Usually in hotels they serve after 40 to 50 min later after out from the oven.. and they reheat before they serve .. but it's look nice..

    noo they serve it fresh straight away, they never reheat it, as it wil solidify! and usually its 15-25 min of waiting :)
