Why I have to Postpone my South Africa Bicycle Tour | DTube Update Video

If you've been watching my DTube videos, you'd know that I would have departed on a bicycle tour across South Africa next week. Unfortunately due to unforeseen circumstances I have no choice but to postpone the bike tour. I share more details in the video.

I picked up a calf injury which I am busy nursing. To be honest I have gotten a few niggles lately all in my right leg. It started when I attempted to complete the Everest challenge in September last year.
I finally had a physio take a look at it last week and she said my right leg is stronger than my left. Because of this I am putting more pressure on that leg when I get tired (as is the case at the end of super long rides).
Therefore I'll be working with the physio over the next 4 weeks to strengthen my left leg and clear up these niggles for good.
If all goes well I'll start my bicycle tour at the end of these next 4 weeks, but I'll keep you posted.
