Mob Psyco 100 is about a young boy named Shigeo Kageyama popularly know as mob who is an Esper (born with powers). The manga version of mob psyco 100 was released in 2012 and concluded in 2017
Mob has dark hair, a bowl shaped head with a nondescript expression on his face buh his hair is altered by his psychic power, it tends to float and change to what ever emotion his feeling at the current state and his mostly seen wearing salt middle school male uniform

Personality
His a socially awkward person who doesn't really have friends becus he is not capable of reading the atmosphere around him, that aside his is very kind, helpful, compassionate,and forgiving.
While he was still a child, he found out his powers were linked to his emotion, strong negative emotions cud cause him to hurt others which he dislikes and tries to avoid so he is morally opposed to using his power buh he cases his priorities aside in cases of emergency like the kidnap of his younger brother ritsu kageyama
Abilities
Spiritual awareness: he can sense the presence of spirit and other espers
Telekinesis: he has immesurable potentials, he can lift objects as heavy as a whole building, fly, alter his physical strength and speed, disassembled matter and reassemble it on a molecular level
Energy absorption: he can absorb energy from other eskers and usually energy based attacks aimed at him
Astral projection: he can leave his physical body through his spirit and enter the bodies and mind of other esper.
