NHS Data Offshore = ScrewThat! I already sent a letter in to my Surgery instructing them that i opt out of any data sharing (It probably won't make any difference). This is a bad move! Who owns the data? Who has access to it? What happens when the data holder goes bust? Don't tell me we cannot manage our own databank!
AVOID Doctors at all cost! They're a bunch of Quacks anyway.
Toothpaste - I use either Euthymol or Kingfisher. Always dubious about 'new' products as these companies have a tendency to re-name the nasties in them.
Day Zero = If folk over there arent waking up and doing something about it now / preparing for potential strife,
then what can you do? Will be interesting to watch.

Thanks man. I use Kingfisher too and my own toothpaste mix. Kingfisher is the best brand of toothpaste I've used that I've bought from a store. Much nicer taste and natural ingredients in it.
Anyone tried powdered charcoal? I've heard it's suppose to give a better clean.
No not tried it sorry man...
I've still got some fine charcoal dust in the garage somewhere from previous projects....... I might give it a go :)
Old activated charcoal sachets I use in water distiller, I think I'll just try using them :-)
