How is 'Voice of God" technology used against us?

I just came across a video on YouTube from Dana Ashlie (March 30, 2018) that was quite impressive. For the most part, it deals with the connection between 'Mind of God' technology and 'targeted' individuals who are used to carry out attacks, often in connection to a 'False Flag' situation. The video covers what the technology is along with the military uses of it that have been admitted to. There is also a discussion of specific targeted individuals, some linked to specific events and some for other reasons. I felt it was a 'must see' video that I had to share.
