Top landing practice Paragliding after work at a site called Blossom Valley in Southern California
After work, the conditions were looking scary for flying. There was over development happening with clouds.
Over development is super dangerous for a few reasons. If you get sucked up in the clouds you can get tossed around and have a collapse, or you can get struck by lighting. Or you could get turned around, pulled up into the freezing temps that are in the higher altitudes. Or if you get sucked up high enough you can get hypoxia. Nevertheless, I went to check out this site.
As I said in the last post about Blossom Valley, it is top landing only. Having that said, I need to practice top landing. No better place to practice than here.
If you are a new pilot, Blossom is not the best place for you to learn. There have been many accidents at this site over the years. There are a few places where you shouldn't fly if you like your life.
