I love Handbreak. It's so useful. I also use it to compress for different mobile devices etc. I have a great upload speed though :)
Yep. Some folks are really struggling with uploads so I think anything that can be helpful with that would be good.
The three most important tools on my Mac are MakeMKV, Handbrake and Subler. I guess you know what I need it for ;)

There is a mac version as well.
Handbrake is available for Mac as well but I would only recommend to use it with your power cable plugged in as it will drain your battery within less than an hour.

I use handbrake since years on my Macs and Windows machines. It's so practical to use the same great App and same seetings on different platforms.
But do you upload your videos at 1080 or 480 ?
