A slow motion video of one of my favourite pole dance moves!
I am not hiding the fact (anymore) that I do pole dancing and I wanted to show you one of my favourite moves on the static pole.
Normally my posts are about something completely different but I like to share with you a piece of what I do in my spare time.
P.s. this video was made with an older phone that is not really intended for slow motions so please don’t mind the quality.

@moeki , je krijgt de groetjes van Maaike uit Nederland (Enschede). De wereld is klein, ze was vanavond weer op haar eigen training (Studio Nienke, waar ik ook train en lesgeef) en toen ik hoorde dat ze in Suriname was geweest schoot me jouw naam te binnen! Hoe cool!
