This cake packs protien, healthy fats, slow digesting carbs and fiber into an ooey gooey melty choco cake for one.
Try it, I PROMISE you will not be disappointed.
Ingredients and How To-
Mix together...
1 egg
.25 cup applesauce
2 tbsp oil
Add...
1 tbsp erythritol/ sweetener of choice
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp coconut flour
Add in as many chocochips as you want!
Microwave 2:22, DEVOUR
