Do yourself a favor... stay away from this ICO garbage. 90% of these tokens dip in price two weeks after launch anyway. Remember, these are not IPOs with security regulations attached, it's just attack of the vaporware nowadays. And while I'm not saying with certainty that Vice is not going to deliver their utility, they are not legally beholden to their contributors, as in, you can't win a civil suit against an ICO entity. If some brave soul manages this task in the US successfully and sets precedent, it will outline the new benchmark by which these project developers will be held accountable. Oh and by the way, Vice's competitors are Sexcoin (SXC), and Spankchain (SPANK), and guess what they all have in common? No working platform yet.
