Well, I post original, thought provoking information. I engage with my "tribe" and make friends and nurture these wonderful relationships. I write and post daily (unless I am REALLY sick, lol) and provide as much help as I can to new kids just joining.
Patience is key- no great thing was built overnight! And consistency. :)
