Veteran's Day 2017

A Day of Remembrance and Thanks.

For all who laced up the boots and put on the uniform, all who did their duty and served their country, and especially those that gave their lives, we salute you for your service.

Since time immemorial, soldiers have gave their lives fighting in wars that they may not have understood, often for politicians that never even picked up a weapon in defense of their country. And those that may have survived, or perhaps were injured in battle, were and are often overlooked most of the year, or forgotten altogether.

Veteran's Day is the day that you thank those that served you and your country, regardless of which country it is. We should be thanking those that served on a daily basis, not just one day of the year, but I digress.





Take a few minutes out of your day, sit in silence and ponder what that kind of sacrifice means to you and your freedoms. Would you be willing to lay down your life in service to your country?

Remember those that have fallen, or never made it back home.

So what does it mean to be a Veteran, or a current member of military service? It means you never quit, never surrender, and to serve with honor and dignity. Veterans, past.. present.. and future deserve your respect and admiration.

To all my brothers and sisters out there who have served, or are currently serving, thank you.

You are appreciated, You are not forgotten.
