 Sir Ken Robinson's "Schools Kill Creativity" is the TED talk that first got me addicted to their website several years ago - it was my gateway TED talk drug.  It's an entertaining, funny and inspirational new look to how we should change our educational system - that the classical methods of learning we were taught in school are limited and should be reformed.  If you haven't seen it yet, you should - guaranteed, you'll love it.  Sir Ken Robinson is a great, funny, endearing and inspirational speaker.
