This post is simply not good enough to succeed on steemit. Furthermore, you are committing a plagiarism by not citing a source of an image that obviously isn't yours.

You can check out my article about citing your sources where you can at least write legally post that will for sure improve your payouts.

But I'll also advise putting a lot of more effort when you write your post.
