Verge (XVG) Can Now Be Used for In-Store Payments The new partnership brings XVG to Pundi X's point of sale terminal system.

Verge (XVG), a privacy-oriented cryptocurrency, announced today that it has partnered with Pundi X (NPXS), a blockchain-based point of sale solution, to enable XVG holders to use their coins for in-store purchases.Read more: https://sludgefeed.com/verge-can-now-be-used-for-in-store-payments/According to the announcement, the integration of Verge into the Pundi X system enables any brick and mortar store owner in the world to accept XVG. This marks a major step toward mass adoption of the privacy coin, as merchants have had to rely on a combination of mobile or desktop wallets with websites to perform crypto-to-fiat real-time conversions in order to accept XVG payments.
A customer can top-up Verge either through the Pundi X mobile app or recharge at any store having Pundi X POS terminal that can process transaction in cash, mobile wallets, and credit or debit cards.
Verge is at it again pushing forward with efforts to improve crypto adoption. Their last big stunt with Pornhub sent the price up but this news comes at a time when everything is down but I think this is more important news. Pornhub is just one company that gives away their product for free mainly while this partnership will enable all kinds of merchants and their customers.
