Yeah, it's about time to go up. Many possible reasons, here is few:
- The correction lasted few days, and altcoins dropped in prices,
- Chinese New Year, so China people didn't do many trades.
- XEM hack, and investigation of the case, and other negative news, towards cryptos.
And ofc, market is market, no one can fully say what market thinks!
