On March 30 the Supreme justice court (TSJ or "Tribunal Supremo de Justicia" in spanish) signed a sentence where it removed the powers to parliament, being this parliament the only power that is not controlled by the party of the government. Since then, people have massively gone out into the streets to show their discontent at the situation. At first the aim of the marches was to reach the "people's defense" to make the complaint by requesting the "ombudsman" to help with the dismissal of the judges who signed the sentence, but day after day the Venezuelan government has prevented The people arrive, brutally depriving anyone who was protesting in the place, abusing the power and the excessive use of tear gas pumps.

Dictator Nicolas Maduro, in an attempt to calm the streets, called a constituent national assembly, a parliament whose aim is to draft a new constitution, with the singularity that regardless of the people, Maduro did not hold an approving referendum to make the decision To go ahead with the constituent or not. In addition to that with a system of elections of these parliamentarians where the free, direct and secret election is violated by decreting that 184 of these constituents will be elected in a sectoral way where they have the little support they have left, the communes. All this with a National Electoral Council that despite not having held the elections of governors that should have taken place in December 2016 and today have not yet been held, called this national constituent assembly by the end of this month June 2017.

We Venezuelans can not allow us to continue violating our rights, and this election called by Maduro is simply illegitimate and if the worst happens and they approve, we will go through the worst moment of our history.

Hola Steemineanos!!! Quiero contarles lo que esta pasando a dia de hoy en mi pais.

El 30 de Marzo El Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) firmo una sentencia donde le quitaba todos los poderes a la Asamblea Nacional, siendo este el unico poder constituido que no esta en manso del partido del Gobierno desde entonces, la gente a salido masivamente a las calles a mostrar su descontento por la situación. Al principio el objetivo de las marchas era llegar a la "defensoria del pueblo" para hacer la denuncia solicitandole al "defensor del pueblo" que ayudara en la destitucion de los magistrados que firmaron la sentencia, pero dia tras dia el gobierno venezolano ha impedido a la gente llegar, reprimiendo brutalmente a cualquier persona que estuviese protestando en el lugar, abusando del poder y el excesivo uso de bombas lacrimogenas.

El Dictador Nicolas Maduro, en un intento de calmar las calles, convocó a una asamblea nacional constituyente, un parlamento cuyo objetivo es redactar una nueva constitución, con la singularidad de que sin importarle el pueblo, Maduro no realizo un referendo aprobatorio para tomar la decisión de seguir adelante con la constituyente o no. Ademas de eso con un sistema de elecciones de estos parlamentarios donde se viola la elección libre, directa y secreta al decretar que 184 de estos constituyentes serán electos de manera sectorial donde ellos tienen el poco apoyo que les queda, las comunas. Todo esto con un Consejo Nacional Electoral que a pesar de no haber realizado las elecciones de gobernadores que debió haber tomado lugar en diciembre del 2016 y a día de hoy aun no se han realizado, convocó a elección esta asamblea nacional constituyente para finales de este mes Junio 2017

Los Venezolanos no podemos permitir que se nos siga violando nuestros derechos, y esta elección llamada por Maduro es simplemente ilegitima y si se diera lo peor y lo aprueben, pasaremos por el peor momento de nuestra historia.
