A lesson in life that I learned and have put into practice for a long time is: Drinking water is excellent !!!, for everyone, and especially for athletes and for contemporary adults.
Most people do not like to drink water ... they say it does not provoke them and that it tastes strange to them, that it makes them urinate too much.
I can say that water does not taste weird because it is insipid, that is, it has no taste, or as we say it only tastes of water. On the other hand, of course it makes us urinate because it activates the kidneys and improves their functioning to clean the body. It's like when we're going to wash a floor full of dirt, for example, if more water we throw on it, then sooner and more efficient it will be to get the soil out.
Many doctors and specialist doctors recommend that you drink water at the most opportune times to maximize its efficiency:
· 2 glasses of water when getting up, even before brushing the teeth, activates the internal organs, like the kidneys, act as lubricants in their functioning,.
· 1 glass of water 30 minutes before each meal improves digestion, allowing better dilution of food in the stomach, it will help us to digest fats better and we will fight constipation.
· 1 glass (or two) of water before taking a bath lowers blood pressure.
· 1 glass of water before going to bed, prevents a Stroke or heart attack.
The legs tend to swell, when a person is sitting for a long time because the force of gravity retains the water in the lower part of his body. At night, when you lie down, the lower part of your body tries to balance that excess water retained with the kidneys. So the kidneys eliminate the water along with the waste, because that is the most propitious moment, that's why it makes her urinate. Water is essential to eliminate waste from your body.
It should also be noted that drinking water before bed avoids having leg cramps during the night. When there is cramping, it is because the muscles in the legs are looking for water and moisture that they do not find.
To finish, we must value all the good that water does to our body, and get used to taking it frequently, we will see the positive results of the water in us.
