Hey, I'm from Venezuela too and that's the only reason why I'm answering. Here we didn't have that kind of system yet, I only know a few locals where you can buy using cryptos, but 1 of them is a bar, another hotel... And it is more like a deposit to the owner's wallet. I think I'm not the only one who wants a system to pay with crypto public and basic services.
