"CADTM" ..¡Oh boy! ¿Do you really really wanna know what's going on in Venezuela?

in #venezuela5 years ago (edited)

As I've said in a previous post, political issues are not my thing. And usually, I try to stay away from these subjects on my articles as to give my opinion.

«-$ £ € ₽ ¥-»

However, given some increasingly interest within our Steem community and also worldwide about the current events going on in Venezuela these last days. I feel it is worth establishing an opinion matrix well away from 'mainstream media news outlets' to be able to evince and validate our conclusions with some medium certainty and accuracy.

So, with this purpose I am going to refer you to a couple of articles, that in my opinion, will clarify many doubts about the current situation in our country. These articles are pretty extensive and well thought out descriptions about our country that I invite you to read carefully from top to bottom if you really want to be remotely well informed about the truth. Let's start with one that is already a bit old (05/22/2017) but not by old it's less valid and relevant. Please, click on the links next to get the full story.

«-A handful Excerpts-»

"Please, click on the green text to read the whole article."

The term “dictatorship” has been used in relation to Venezuela in media jargon of a fairly superficial, visceral and moralizing kind, practically to raise it as a kind of specificity in Venezuela, distinct from the other countries of the region, where in theory there would be “democratic” regimes.

The ideologues and the media operators of the conservative restoration in the region are very concerned about the state of human rights in Venezuela, but fail to explain in their analysis why, strangely, there is no supranational effort of the same type in the face of the appalling crisis of human rights in countries such as Mexico and Colombia.

A part of the left has preferred to remain silent on these dynamics, since it seems that the only intervention that deserves to be mentioned is that of the USA. But both streams of foreign interference are being developed to promote transnational capitalist accumulation, the appropriation of “natural resources” and have nothing to do with popular demands. The concept of “dictatorship” does not explain the Venezuelan case.

The fact that the Venezuelan opposition controls the National Assembly, winning convincingly by the electoral path, also indicates that rather than a pure absence of separation of powers, there is a dispute between them, until now favourable to the executive-judicial combination. Rather than a homogeneous political regime, we are faced with a wide and conflicting network of forces. The metastasis of corruption means the exercise of power is decentralized even more, making its centralization by the constituted power difficult.

The national government faces what it considers the “enemy forces” with emergency measures, while the most reactionary opposition groups deploy violent operations of vandalism, confrontation and attacks on infrastructure. In this scenario the rule of law has been greatly eroded, making the Venezuelan people very vulnerable.

¿Did you know that if a transitional government declares Nicolás Maduro as illegitimate of origin (by claims of being foreigner, or for crimes against humanity or electoral fraud) Vzla wouldn't have to forcibly pay all the debt that an illegitimate contracted with China, Russia etc. and instead with amnesty we actually would have to pay?

EDIT: 02/04/2019

Over here, a small edit of last minute to add a great article in the main body of this post which was shared with us by the user @novacadian on the comments box. A very educational article plentiful of links with amazing facts & truths that will open your eyes more clearly about the events that have occurred and are currently occurring in Venezuela. Check @novacadian comment below!!

"To find the truth, no doubt there is always the duty to dig deeper and be perpetually willing to scrabble more thoroughly constantly scrutinizing the waste. Tasks that obviously are never for the weak of heart, neither for vague explorers nor for lazy readers. Because without having first dug, scratched and exhaustively scrutinized thoroughly the recolected samples, it will always be more appreciated, prudent and clever to refrain from issuing a not very well-documented opinion"

Majestically educational link that you've shared here with us @novacadian. All a chair of contemporary economic history of venezuela in all its right. A real informational treaty with which everyone should document before they even try to open their mouths expressing their views about Venezuela without having read this report first in its entirety.

Thank you very much for your great comment pointing out to this superb article filled with so many important links revealing such true facts and insightful truths about our dear country. :)

Obviously, I gotta edit my post right now to add this one that you so kindly gave us and shared with us. ;)

Cheers!! :)

@por500bolos First of all, my apologies for not getting to this post sooner. Thanks for the mention and for this post that restores some level of balance to the conversation compared to what I have seen from most posts tagged as Informationwar. As I am not Venezuelan, or have ever visited Venezuela, I try my best not to be too imposing with my opinion on this subject matter. I really do prefer to read what the Venezuelan people have to say themselves. Having said that, I do still have an opinion that I share on this blockchain and have shared my 'general' thoughts, but more from a 'big game' and 'globalist' point of view.

That's what I know and understand very well, so that's what I stick to mostly. But that obviously strikes a nerve with some people. I wonder why? Is it because they are afraid to give both sides of the story? I think so!

Myself and @bifilarcoil have been criticised and publicly smeared by certain individuals on this blockhain who claim to be fighting for truth under the informationwar banner, and they basically take any comments or posts we've written completely out of context and endeavour to use smear tactics and flagging to silence anyone who has an even remotley slight difference in opinion to their hard line one sided stance. This comes from certain individuals who I know are online foot soldiers for the anti-Maduro syndicate that is obviously an organised and coordinated effort. You only need to look at some of these people's feeds and posts to realise what's really going on with these accounts.

I wrote a deepdives article that called out both sides, and highlighted the corruption from both the Venezuelan government as well as globalist mega-corps. Funny how they conveniently ignore that huh?

I know exactly how this 'big game' works and how it's implemented. This is just another example of how the process works....A consistent pattern of events that lead to this current situation.

Thank you very much to both of you @palikari123 & @bifilarcoil for your very informative comments and Illustrative reports. :)

And as for your musical message regarding all these fucking flaggers combing the #Informationwar tag trying to hide the truth with their lame tactics and ignoramus vendetta...

Yeah!! Go ahead and do your job!! 😈

I tried to reply friendly to that slanter (is that the correct word?) post @palikari123 mentioned but then he showed what kind of guy he is by playing a game.
The sockpuppeteer now showed his true intentions and now it all unravels...
I never wanted to get mixed up in all this but now that I am, all I can do is expose the truth...
It really makes me sad. I need to investigate this further to see what i'm going to do with this.

@palikari123's Informationwar article is one of the best articles I have seen in IW.
It's interesting to see how they are exposing themselves.

All we can do is stick with the truth.

Looks like he wants to get us involved in his BS, but we don't have to, just google his name, read his posts and it will now be clear on what side he is on.

To everyone in venezuela who is at the bottom of the pit, please stay strong and don't allow these shitheads to divide you. As they say: United we stand divided we fall.

Thanks for these articles; is it true that mostly the white people are complaining about Maduro, as their privileges were diminished. And that the indigenous are rather for Maduro as they get better privileges?

As a further thought this could mean: People who have rather access to media/internet (the white population) is spreading their version, while the others go unheard...

Yep! @captainklaus. Your perception is correct and pretty accurate. Yes, It is true!!

However, lately, an increasingly amount of non white people are also starting to manifest against the government in the measure that the dreadful economic situation hits harder their bellies. Simply, because they don't know better and clearly ignore who the real enemy is.

Cheers!!

Thanks @por500bolos for confirming my suspicions.
I really wonder where this will go, as this times the cards are on the tables.
Interesting times, but not really funny!

Yes mate, not really funny indeed!!

Thank you very much for your interest and support. :)

Me disculpas que utilice el mismo comentario que le hice a @caitlinjohnstone?
Claro que sí...!

When a person suffers from a cancer and this was not detected and "corrected" in time, then this person has two alternatives:
1.Let yourself die.
2.Fight against cancer.
To let yourself die, you do not have to do anything. Just leave things as they are and let them get worse until they reach the incipient and inevitable death.
If you decide to fight you will face unpleasant things. You will never really end cancer, but you can live with it in the best possible way.
A doctor once described the intervention of a cancer like this: "We changed an uncontrollable terminal situation for another that we can control ..."
This involves a series of invasive and painful operations, many sessions of chemo and radio therapy.
But the patient can significantly improve their quality and life expectancy.
If we continue with maduro, we would be letting ourselves die.

Greetings dear @por500bolos.

My dear and respected @juanmolina. Thank you for your comment and opinion.

However, I suspect that you are analyzing this political issue from a very limited perspective.

But the patient can significantly improve their quality and life expectancy.

And certainly, the cancer example is the worst you could use to establish your viewpoint in your favor. At least, to imply that the treatments available to combat cancer as methods for improving expectancy & quality of life.

Everyone knows cancer is an unbeatable evil. Basically, because this sickness is part of us and already born with us and it is not acquired externally by any infectious agent whatsoever. Therefore, that pretend to overcome and eradicate the cancer with other artificial poisons and alien chemical agents to your body that will destroy your organs and their vital functions -albeit- at a slower pace. That has nothing to do with quality of life nor longevity. And much sooner than later, inevitably, you will die in a way that only can be described as more painful and regrettable.

But yeah, I'm digressing. It just happen that I know a ton lot about this ailment.

And yes, probably in other time I could write an article about this matter. ;)

So, my dear friend @juanmolina. I'm gonna invite you one more time to read thoroughly 'de cabo a rabo' the articles that I've linked to along this post, just to confirm If you or I could have overlook something that we haven't contemplated or weighted in all its dimension.

Cheers!! :)

Con gusto le daré la lectura necesaria requerida hermano querido.
