What does the phrase "butterflies in the stomach" mean? In general terms, it refers to a pleasant sensation of nervousness, accelerated palpitations, uncontrollable smiling, sweating in the hands, increased tension and a kind of "sympathetic or contradictory upset stomach" that we all know and have felt many times in life, being in love.

That is to say, it is that "something uncontrollable" that can arise in different and sometimes unexpected circumstances, which seizes us while we feel that the person is approaching by which we lavish love; and we notice it because a lot of nervousness begins to appear, the heart beats faster, the voice starts to break and we notice "the continuous fluttering of butterflies in the stomach", has not that happened to you and while you read it here Did you remember your loved one and feel those butterflies?

Then, it can be affirmed that this "magical" sensation is something very rich and pleasant to feel. But, since nothing is eternal in life and less if they are made of the heart, what happens when we no longer feel the nice butterflies, but on the contrary we begin to feel a kind of unpleasant "Ants" for that person whom we supposedly love?

I really sadly remember and confirm that it is something very unfortunate, because we started to feel a strange sensation of heartburn, accompanied with mental disappointment, soul and heart, disappointment with those terrible desire to cry, we even feel sad and empty, and in some cases episodes of nausea and disgust can occur, being in the presence of that person beloved before and now despised by us.

Although they are very hard terms, it is a reality and that is a very negative feeling that if it lasts for a long time it just tires, bothers, exhausts, turns us off inside, removes vitality, and therefore those hateful "Ants" destroy and kill the melodious butterflies that fluttered in the stomach.

And finally, it is my duty to say that in both cases, we are feelings that inevitably all we will continue to have throughout our lives, and despite everything, whether good or bad, will always exist
