I acknowledge the accuracy of the data you analysed to reach your conclusions, but I also have to say that you omitted a big, big chunk of data that goes against it. Anyway, you're with RT, can't blame you for doing your job and spreading the view you're supposed to spread.

But to whoever cares, here's the counter-points he didn't mention, and why even if there was sabotage, the government has indeed very incompetently managed the plants, and they were already failing before this.

Jesse Chacon was given millions of dollars for the renovation of the Guri dam and the electrical system of Venezuela, and he left with that money to Germany. There, he was questioned by the German government and asked for the origin of his funds. He returned to Venezuela instead of responding to the inquiries and left again, now to Austria, with diplomatic immunity (where the source of his millions of dollars was never asked about). Ever since then, the Guri dam was never even worked on.

Here's some more information about the situation of the Guri dam, together with pictures and very specific descriptions of how bad the situation was there and why anything could have caused this blackout at this stage.
