Sabias que la cúrcuma es un excelente anti-inflamatorio
En la actualidad existen varias investigaciones medicas que están estudiando el potencial de la cúrcuma para la salud.
La cúrcuma, es una especia, raíz de la cúrcuma longa, pariente del jengibre, es esencial en los populares curries indios, y contiene propiedades medicinales muy especialmente anti-inflamatorias.
Es muy recomendable incluirla en nuestra dieta habitual, también es un colorante natural muy efectivo.
Prepara un té de cúrcuma para aliviar cualquier dolor provocado por alguna inflamación.
- Pon a hervir 4 tazas de agua.
- Añade una cuchara de cúrcuma molida y reduce a fuego lento durante 10 minutos.
- Colar el té con un tamiz fino y agregar miel o limón al gusto.
