Él día 15 de Enero del 2018 él gobierno dictatorial de Venezuela ordena ejecutar una operación por parte de variados grupos Policiales con apoyo de la Guardia Nacional con él fin de darle captura al Oficial del CICPC Oscar Perez y sus acompañantes los cuales se habían sublevado de sus puestos y declarado en contra del gobierno de Nicolás Maduro Moros. Utilizando en esta operación armas de guerra y vehículos blindados en una zona habitada para darle aprensión al grupo de Oscar Perez.

Luego de que se vieran rodeados intentan negociar con los oficiales a cargo de la operación , para entregarse y evitar muertes innecesarias , sin embargo le hicieron caso omiso a la disposición de las armas e iniciaron una masacre , disparandoles con armas largas , RPG y lanzas Granadas (Todo Firmado en Video por él mismo Oscar Perez y personas en las adyacencias y dispuesto en las redes)

Su único delito fue querer un mejor futuro para Venezuela y hacer para lo que se había entrenado en él órgano de seguridad, proteger al pueblo...

No podemos permitir que este narco-gobierno siga asesinando personas de manera arbitrarias solo por no estar de acuerdo con ellos .
