INTERNET IN VENEZUELA, WORST INTERNET?

I've chosen this topic today because it's the reason of why I've been inactive.

We have one of the worst internet service in the world, not to say the second worst.

During the day, in a "good" day and if you are from the capital or one of the other 3 states that offers 10 mb (highest plan here) you get a maximun download of 1400 KBPS, but as I said, in a good day, a normal day you get about 200 kbps, and for those (like me) who are living in a state that doesnt offer 10 mb, we get a maximun of 4 MB, and a top speed of 200 kbps, it gets normally after midnight till 9-10 am, that's just about speed.

Now, about "having" internet, you can get your internet shutted down anytime anyday because of the terrible support, you can spend up to 2 month without internet, and you must be like "and why don't you call?", it doesn't matter, they just say "Sorry for your inconvenient, we don't know when you'll get your internet fixed, but we are working on it", I had to pay to get my internet back, and yeah, that's the other thing, if you want to get you internet faster you have to pay to a worker, you know "an extra", and even having it, it's unstable, right now mine is coming and going every 5 minutes... so sad.

The thing is that every public service, is just too cheap and prob that's why the support and materials aren't good, we pay about 0.20$ USD for 10 mb per month, (I pay 0.10$ USD for 4MB), and it's getting worse and worse everyday.
