VEIL: Developing Technical Boundaries in the World of Cryptocurrency and Blockchain

INTRODUCTION
In this 21st century, technology and cryptocurrency have become the order of the day, it is no longer news that it has taken over the ecosystem. The advent of cryptocurrencies in Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Waves among others, have made it possible to create, build
and stock up wealth. Every great invention definitely will have good prospects and setbacks.
Some of the sumptuous sides of cryptocurrency include: avoid governments, borders,
middlemen, extra transaction costs. As well as have high security and avoid forgery.

THE CHALLENGE/PROBLEM

On seeing the U.I of the exchange, you get even more confused and by the time you press, one, two buttons, you'll realise you've clicked on the sign out button and you will have to start afresh entering your details again, validating your google authenticator code all over and verifying that you're not a robot. This is also disgusting to the community.
To mention just a few, another challenge is the poor customer service and feedback
mechanism. Every business in real life knows it has to attend to the needs of its customers.
This is not so about lots of exchanges. You send them a message and end up waiting for the rest of your life for their response. This is not okay and it doesn't promote the exchange well.
Another challenge is in the area of Security and Lack of transparency. Many exchanges get hacked from time to time and the funds of all their customers just get swooped by some God-forsaken hackers. This factor alone causes downward trend and lead to the destruction of such platform.
