This our Municipal Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council or MDRRMC. For emergencies and health problems. They are always present during parades, fun runs, walkathons and on standby when needed.

It is well equipped and with trained members. Picture taken with my Samsung Galaxy A Tab.
