Skateboards have a distinct advantage over taxis in the city and with the advent of bike lanes its somewhat safer now too!
I photographed the sk8er with my Canon 5D camera and 70-200 mm lens.

It seems like a good way to save fuel and it's good for your health. It is also ideal for cities with a lot of traffic.

I liked it, in my opinion color looks much better, you can distinguish each element more easily. The depth is very good.
You are right there is a lot more detail in the color version with traffic lights and tail lights that add to the story.
Great photography, I like it more in black and white, it looks like a newspaper photo.
