Thanks Joan. It was taken at RIAT 2018 airshow. As its a Russian designed plane, I would be worried if I saw too many of these in the sky lol
Never heard the term RIAT so looked it up, Royal International Air Tattoo, yes it would be something to ponder seeing them overhead uninvited.
Have visited some great airshows over the years, most enjoyable day out. Durban hosts the Durban Military Tattoo, now called KZN Military Tattoo, the Durban Airshow was a separate event, so never linked the Military to the Airshow concept.
We are pretty lucky here in the UK, RIAT is the best for Jets's as they will do just under the speed of sound on a fast pass. Duxford over of the East coast for the old warbirds and Yeovilton down South West for Helicopters. Plus all the smaller shows around the country :)
