I love vegetable soup - are healthy, full of valuable for our body's nutritional value, and this filling and delicious. Components:
• 500g green asparagus
• 1 large red bell pepper
• 3 medium potatoes
• 3 small onions
• 3 small cloves garlic
• teaspoon coconut oil (for frying the onions and garlic)
• Soup vegetables (parsley 2 small, 2 carrots, a little piece of leek, celery ¼)
• 4 cubes frozen spinach (for a deeper color)
• 1.5 liters of water
• Seasonings to taste, seasoned 😊 - sea salt, pepper, a few large fresh basil leaves (dried will work too), a small bunch of parsley, thyme and sweet peppers
