More Great ABQ Vegetarian Eats

Having recently posted about the best restaurants to eat vegetarian in Albuquerque, I realized there were a few more gems I had forgotten to mention. So here are a few more great places in this desert oasis to indulge your vegetarian desires:

B2B Bistronomy

A colorful little place in the quirky Nob Hill neighborhood, B2B Bistronomy may be a burger joint, but that doesn’t stop them from being a go-to eatery for us Albuquerque vegetarians. Their menu features eight (eight!) different vegetarian burgers, made with local and/or organic ingredients like tempeh, tofu, black beans, mushrooms, and more. When you’re craving a burger, this is the place to go.

Thai Vegan
What’s vegan is inherently vegetarian, and what’s cooked in this Thai restaurant is inherently amazing. With two locations in town, you won’t want to miss out on trying their amazing vegetable dumplings or their pad thai. Don’t let the name fool you, on top of Thai food, this restaurant also offers a soy version of almost every meat, they have soy bacon, soy fish, soy chicken and a “wheat meat” burger.

Cafe Lush
There is no better vegetarian breakfast spot in town. Their menu of breakfast favorites like vegetable hash scramble and breakfast tacos, does feature some meat, but it is left out of many dishes. This downtown spot has a hip interior and a cozy corner outdoor spot to enjoy one of Albuquerque’s many sunny mornings.

Farm & Table
This North Valley eatery is dedicated to celebrating local food, with the bulk of their ingredients sourced as locally as possible. The vegetarian options on their menu are delectable, and include a tofu stir fry and a pesto pappardelle, among other equally appetizing selections. The adobe building is a rustic and quaint example of local architecture and the patio is an excellent, beautiful spot to enjoy a local craft beer.
