Whole oats for breakfast

Wholegrain oats is an incomparably great source of B vitamins and vitamin E, calcium, iron, manganese phosphorus and potassium. Moreover they serve as a good supply of protein and daily fiber.
The whole unbroken oats require a very long time to soak and cook. A good way to integrate whole-oats into your diet is to soak them overnight, then cook for 35-40 min. till creamy consistency and serve as a porridge on a cold winter morning.
