Buenas noches amigas y amigos de steemit les presento una fotografía que tome en un super de estas zanahorias y de una vez investigue que beneficios nos ofrece esta hortaliza . De la zanahoria suele decirse que sirve para el bronceado de la piel y la vista , pero existe algo muy importante en ella contiene carotenoides el cual nos sirve para prevenir el cáncer de mama, contiene vitaminas A,B,C y E, minerales y compuestos antioxidantes.
