Great post and I love the information regarding plant based diet and raw food which I call electric food, cooked and nourished by the sun and the earth. That is my goal but I live in London so I mostly appreciate cooked food in the winter conditions so it's a work in progress love the recipes.
Thank you so much, its seems like we are on the same path. I live in Toronto area in Canada, so same winter problem here lol. I guess on step at a time 😊
