Chocolate-Maca Bowl

I've rediscovered something old for myself. I had already added Maca powder to my muesli bowl some time ago, but this creation has been forgotten.

Only when the temperatures rise and the sun warms up the day, a refreshing veggy yoghurt bowl is really good.

On my pictures you can see quite good due ingredients. I stirred the Maca powder into some Soya milk to a paste. Then I added the vegan choco yogurt and stirred in the remaining ingredients.

But what is Maca?

Maca is a tuber root from the highlands of South America. Maca is also known as "Peruvian ginseng", although it is not related to ginseng.

In naturopathy Maca is a remedy which has been used (proven!) for more than 2000 years for healing. Maca is supposed to give the mood, but the tuber is better known for the fact that the desire for sex is intensified and that with men as well as with women.

Increase potency, save libido

The Massachusets General Hospital in Boston has been able to prove in several studies that Maca has potency-enhancing and libido-increasing effects on humans.

Muscle building with Maca

As many know, male lust and male aggression are hormonally close together. The man owes this to testosterone, which fulfils a dual function in his body. However, testosterone is enormously important for muscle building. Because this hormone arouses the desire at the movement.
Maca doesn't increase the testosterone balance, but the tuber can make more awake and more efficient. Although Maca has a different approach to muscle building, it has a similar effect and avoids the dangerous side effects of chemical preparations.

Pregnant by taking Maca?

Schoko-Maco Bowl

Ich habe etwas altes neu für mich entdeckt. Maca Pulver hatte ich vor einiger Zeit schon in meine Müsli Schüssel zugegeben, doch diese Kreation gerat in Vergessenheit.

Nur, wo die Temperaturen steigen und die Sonne den Tag aufwärmt, tut ein erfrischender veggy Jogurt Bowl richtig gut.

Auf meinen Bildern erkennt man recht gut due Zutaten. Das Maca Pulver habe ich vorher in etwas Soya Milch zu einer Paste gerührt. Dann habe ich den vegan choco Jogurt dazugegeben und die Restlichen Zutaten untergerührt.

Doch was ist eigentlich Maca?

Maca ist eine Knollenwurzel aus dem Hochland Südamerikas. Bekannt ist Maca auch als das „Peruanische Ginseng“, obgleich sie mit dem Ginseng gar nicht verwandt ist.

In der Naturheilkunde ist Maca ein Mittel, welches schon (nachgewiesen!) mehr als 2000 Jahren zur Heilung einsetzt. Maca soll die Laune geben, doch bekannter ist die Knolle dafür, dass die Lust auf Sex intensiviert wird und das sowohl bei Männern als auch bei Frauen.

Potenz steigern, Libido retten

Das Massachusets General Hospital in Boston hat in mehreren Studien nachweisen können, dass Maca potenzfördernde und Libido steigernde Wirkung auf den Menschen hat.

Muskelaufbau durch Maca

Wie viele wissen, die männliche Lust und die männliche Aggression liegen hormonell dicht nebeneinander. Das verdankt der Mann dem Testosteron, welches in seinem Körper eine Doppelfunktion erfüllt. Jedoch ist Testosteron für den Muskelaufbau enorm wichtig. Denn dieses Hormon weckt die Lust an der Bewegung.
Macs steigert zwar nicht den Testosteronhaushalt, doch kann die Knolle wacher und leistungsfähiger machen. Maca hat zwar einen anderen Ansatz des Muskelaufbaus, jedoch ist es in der Wirkung ähnlich und wobei es die gefährlichen Nebenwirkungen der chemischen Präparate vermeidet.

Schwanger durch die Einnahme von Maca?

Nein, von der Einnahme von Maca wirst du nicht schwanger. Jedoch ein natürliches Mittel, welches die Libido und die Potenz anregt und erhöht, trägt verstärkt zum Auslösen einer Schwangerschaft bei, falls nicht verhütet wird. Maca hat auch eine starke Hormon regulierende Eigenschaft. Das kann hormonelle Blockaden bei Frauen auflösen, die zuvor eine Schwangerschaft verhindert haben.
