SMOKY CAESAR for Vegan Wednesday 🌿💚🌿
Hello my Dearest Foodies,
I know some of you may wonder why I am posting VEGAN WEDNESDAY on Saturday and the answer is, because I have time now, lol.
From Monday to Wednesday I am always busy with FRUITS AND VEGGIES COMPETITION and I am usually stressing out about it. Today I am pretty much free to post anything I want, so here I am, with a new, easy, delicious and healthy recipe.
I also have to be honest with you to say, that I didn't like traditional CAESAR SALAD very much before I was vegan. At the restaurant, I always had to ask them to be light on the dressing because I found it very heavy otherwise. Many years ago, I even had an upset stomach from a Chicken Caesar. It was horrible, because I was traveling and I could not go to see my family doctor or any doctor. I was alone in the hotel room and pretty much paralyzed from the stomach pain. Obviously, it was a food poisoning, but luckily I was okay the next day.
This was not a first time I had upset stomach from food before I was vegan, because food poisoning is primarily connected animal products. Luckily, when you are vegan this is one of the problems you don't have to worry about.

I have yet to use liquid smoke in my cooking, but I've been hearing great things! Those garbanzos look amazing!
Thank you so much @jaboc and yes I highly recommend even for tempeh and tofu. All you need is few drops and voila, you have the bacon or sausage flavour, yet much healthier and cruelty free.
Yum!
