I didn't know that about soy, I always buy organic, so thank you for letting us know. My daughter told me that also about corn. I love edamame and your salad and everything else looks delicious 🌸💖🌸
Thank you Lena! I can't attest to how crops are grown in other countries, but that seems to be the case here in the States. It's quite sad what corporate greed has done to our food system. All the more reason to keep getting better at gardening!
