Perfection mania

I tell you an experience ... 🗣️I used to think that I still do not have enough of my change. Perfection mania. 🤪 I still do not create everything I wanted. When we walked on the streets of Koh Lanta yesterday to the daily sunset program, I realized that I had changed a long time ago. I started the changes in my life and I keep doing this. I have a strong intention to change.😏 Always. But if I never recognize what I've done ... if I never appreciate that I've brought myself to this point. What will happen?🤔 I will always rush to perfection. Because the mind never reaches anywhere. You are never good enough for the mind. Then we have to calm our minds and ourselves. Appreciate yourself today. 🤗 Appreciate what you've done for yourself. Appreciate that you are where you are. With all your guilt, suffering, bad and good things. I know this may not have been told to you. But at least give yourself this moment and believe me that you are perfect as you are. ☺️You're enough. Do a bit love yourself instead of everlasting criticism. Stand in front of the mirror today and tell it to yourself, thank you. Thanks for bringing me to here and not giving up. I wanted to tell you this because I know it's easier together. People are very strong, when they create a community and focus on love.💖💖💖 I'm glad you were here today.🌈🙏
