Thanks! This was my first time trying it with pumpkin and pumpkin seeds. I wanted it to look like nacho cheese, so I figured the pumpkin would work for the color and texture. I also had a big bag of the seeds that I needed to put to use. I'm happy it was one of those ideas that translated well in reality and not just in my head. :)
