INGREDIENTS :

1/2 cup Frozen Berries
4 Bananas
1 cup Plant Milk (almond, soy, hemp etc.)
1/2 oz Ginger

Optional 2 tbsp Hemp seeds for added protein

Blend ingredients in high speed blender and ENJOY! ;)
