VEGAN COFFEE
I love that everywhere now seems to do @oatlybarista cappuccinos but I am so sure @fabric_boutique was one of the first ! If your thinking of switching to alternative milks, I can't recommend Oatley barista enough, it's in the grey box and finding it is like finding gold these days since, it became so popular.
I will have to try to get some of this for my wife, as she cannot handle lactose. We usually get almond milk or soy milk, both good choices.

yes it's in a grey box and called barista Oatley it really is the closest thing if your going to convert someone :) it makes an awesome cappuccino

Sounds interesting. I've never really tried any alternatives in hot beverages. I've tried some of the nut milks in smoothies and they were very pleasant. I imagine almond milk would be nice in coffee. Not sure what would work well in when it comes to frothing though.
almond milk is nice but a lot of them contain additives and I don't find it makes a good cappuccino hard to get froth on almond milk
